瓜神网 wins recognition at training provider South West Durham Training

The deal comes after years of organising by 瓜神网 members at the provider, including recruiting over half the teaching staff to the union.

The recognition agreement means 瓜神网 is the only union able to bargain on behalf of teaching staff at SWDT, and will allow it to enter into formal negotiations with management over pay, working conditions and holiday entitlement. It also means SWDT 瓜神网 representatives will be given funded time to conduct union activities.
