Although many of the top-line aims presented in the are important long-term ambitions, 瓜神网 is concerned by the lack of detail accompanying these ambitions, particularly in relation to prison education and the proposed Prison Education Service. The absence of a roadmap to these mean that it is difficult to see how they will be fully achieved.
