瓜神网 members vote to end Solent University dispute

The agreement proposes a number of , including a commitment by Solent University to not make any further redundancies until at least February 2022. In a consultative ballot over 70% of 瓜神网 members who voted chose to accept it.

瓜神网 members previously voted to take industrial action after Solent University had threatened to use compulsory redundancies to dismiss staff. 

瓜神网 regional official Moray McAulay said: '瓜神网 members at Solent University have voted to accept an offer from university management that rules out further redundancies until at least 1 February 2022.  If all of the agreed actions are completed, Solent 瓜神网 will formally withdraw the trade dispute on 20 July 2021. 瓜神网 will continue to engage constructively with the university to protect jobs and student learning.'
